  1. I think this again proves the failure of education to address the weaker section. A simple training session for people who come from hindi or any con-english medium of instruction will help boost their morale. It is OK to get the medical or engineering degree 6 months later. The very fact these kids made it to IITs or top professional institutions should be celebrated. Six months, only on english coaching, with one or two medical subjects per semester.

    The professors and lecturers lack basic human sense and psychology. We need re-educate these teachers.
